Terms of Use

Last updated: September 16, 2026

HDR Spotlight is a free tool for creating HDR images in your browser. These terms cover your use of the website operated by Anton Sizov.

Using the service

By using HDR Spotlight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You may use the tool for personal or commercial work, subject to applicable law and the rights in the images you process.

Your images belong to you

You retain your rights in your source images and exports. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process and use your images, including any copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Use the tool responsibly

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its availability, or attempt to compromise the website or its infrastructure.

Check your results

HDR appearance depends on your display, browser, operating system, and color-management support. Results can look different on other devices. Keep your original files and check exported images before publishing or relying on them. The service does not provide storage or backups for your work.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anton Sizov is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including lost work, data, or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and source code

Read the Privacy Policy for details about local processing and browser storage. The project’s source code is licensed under the MIT License; third-party components retain their own licenses. These website terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by those licenses.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be published here with an updated revision date and apply to use of the service after that date. Check this page when you return to the service.
